Faculty Evaluation of Chairs & Directors

The Faculty Evaluation of Chairs and Directors will be in a new format for 2026. Specific open/close dates and additional information will be announced soon.

Faculty Annual Report and Evaluation

JANUARY
Faculty do the following: Prepare annual report using these guidelines. Update curriculum vitae. Download and review SETE evaluations and associated comments from the prior year. Attach SETE evaluations and associated comments to their annual report. Submit annual report using the faculty evaluation form (new link coming) by the end of January.
FEBRUARY
Evaluator prepares faculty evaluations using these best practices and schedules evaluation and planning meetings by end of March.
MARCH
Faculty review annual evaluation and have the opportunity to provide comments on their annual evaluation. Faculty must submit their comments by the end of March.
APRIL
Evaluator and Approver review and approve faulty evaluations by the end of April.
MAY
Notifications sent by Approver to faculty needing to develop performance improvement plans or to participate in post-tenure review as detailed in the Faculty Handbook.
