2026 Governor's School Application
The deadline for all materails to be submitted is December 5, 2025. Students will be notified whether or not they have been accepted on February 27, 2026.
Please note that the entire application for the GSIS program will be through the unified application portal. Also note that applicants to GSIS must have two teacher recommendations, preferably from a world language teacher and a social studies or history teacher. There are no specific course prequisites for the GSIS program.
If a student has started an application and the link to any specific part is needed, here are the forms:
Student Application (for student to submit personal statements and list of activities)
Counselor and Recommender information (for student to submit names of school counselor and teachers submitting recommendations)
Student achievement (for counselor to submit transcript and other student information)
