8-Week Online Asynchronous Program
Our Lifestyle Medicine Specialist Course is designed to give you the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience to help others lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. Lifestyle medicine emphasizes the power of everyday choices—small changes that can make a big difference in preventing and even reversing chronic conditions. Grounded in research, this course explores how nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and social connection can transform health outcomes. Considering the current demand on medical doctors and other senior healthcare professionals, they simply do not have the time to provide patient education in the above areas. This is where the lifestyle medicine specialist plays a significant role—filling a gap by working in conjunction with the healthcare team to provide patients with information that will help them live healthier lives. Join a growing field that’s focused on prevention, well-being, and lasting change.
