Holi Hindu Festival

Holi marks the arrival of spring, the end of winter, the blossoming of love and for many, it is a festive day to meet others, play and laugh, forget and forgive, and repair broken relationships. People celebrate Holi by splashing water and smearing each other with colors, which is also known as 'Gulal'. With this event, we seek to provide students, faculty, staff, and the Memphis community the opportunity to meet other people, make new friends, and learn about other cultures, specifically the Indian culture. In this event, we will be partnering with the Hindu association and possibly the Indian association.
