Center for Regional Economic Enrichment Honored with 2025 Adult Learner Impact Award

November 14, 2025 -The University of Memphis Center for Regional Economic Enrichment (CREE) was honored by the Council on Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL) as the 2025 Adult Learner Impact Award recipient during a ceremony at their annual conference hosted at the Peabody Hotel on Nov. 13. “Receiving this award from CAEL who has been championing the success of adult learners for more than 50 years is a powerful affirmation of the work that we do,” Tracy Robinson, CREE executive director said. “Adult learners represent a vital and often overlooked part of the academic community. This recognition highlights their unique journeys and the dedicated efforts of our center to help them succeed. Office Hours
The University of Memphis is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. University closings can be found at memphis.edu/hr/holidays.php.

Registrations are processed Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Customers with Disabilities
Accommodations will be made for students with disabilities. Please call 901.678.5077 at least two weeks in advance of your class to make arrangements for accommodations.

Class Cancellations
Classes with insufficient enrollment may be canceled and students notified before the first class meeting. Since contacts must be made during the day, please supply your daytime phone number or one where a message may be left for you. In case of inclement weather, if the University is closed, our classes will not be held. Students will not be notified.

Certificates
Duplicate CEU certificates are available for a $10 fee. To request the certificates, please email pacetraining@memphis.edu. Allow five business days for processing. Please note time restrictions do apply.

Transcripts
Customers may obtain transcripts for some non-credit courses taken and CEU and/or CPE credits earned. These are available for up to five years after the end of the course. Please contact pacetraining@memphis.edu for more information. There is no charge for transcripts. Allow five business days for processing.
