Clint Cummins Joins SPH Inaugural Dean’s Healthcare Leadership Community Advisory Group
September 8, 2025 - Clint Cummins, President-Elect of AAMSE, has joined the SPH Dean’s Healthcare Leadership Community Advisory Group, which brings together healthcare leaders whose expertise, experience, and leadership will help provide input about the essential skills, knowledge and competencies that students should possess through their current academic program offerings, particularly the Master of Health Administration (MHA) program, housed within the Division of Health Systems Management and Policy.
Clint Cummins is the Chief Executive Officer for Memphis Medical Society (MMS), MedTemps healthcare staffing agency and Memphis Medical Foundation. He joined MMS in 2016. He has more than 20 years of experience as a leader with national and local nonprofits including American Cancer Society and Ronald McDonald House. He received his Master of Healthcare Administration degree from The University of Memphis in August of 2021.
Clint Cummins serves his industry as President of the American Association of Medical
Society Executives (AAMSE). He also serves in a variety of community roles, including
for his undergraduate alma mater University of Tennessee-Martin, Dorothy Snider Foundation,
Mid-South Medical Group Managers’ Association, and Kappa Alpha Order national fraternity.
He is also a past board member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals – Memphis
chapter. He graduated from the Leadership Memphis FastTrack program in 2009.
His work has put him in a variety of healthcare areas including public health, corporate
wellness and benefits, physician practice management, healthcare marketing, and physician
wellbeing.
