TRiO STEM

TRiO STEM - is a TRIO Student Support Services program funded by a $1,361,820 U.S. Department of Education federal grant and $190,220 in institutional (UofM) funding. TRIO STEM is one of three Student Support Services programs within the division of Student Academic Success. TRIO STEM serves 124 first generation, low-income, and/or students with a documented disability who are majoring in programs related to science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) and health science-related programs. Project services for STEM participants include exposure to highly coveted STEM industry internships, networking opportunities, academic monitoring, and specialized tutoring.
