Women’s and Gender Studies Scholarship
Each year, the Women’s History Month, the Women’s and Gender Studies program seeks to recognize two deserving students working on women, gender, sexuality, and/or the family in their major, minor, or elective coursework. All students with an interest in the field are encouraged to apply. One undergraduate award will be given in the amount of $500 and one graduate award will be given in the amount of $750. In addition to the application form and an unofficial transcript, a work sample – a paper or project with a WGST topic from a past or current class – is required. For those students who do not have a work sample, an essay of up to 500 works on why they study topics in WGST will be required.
Applications will be received and processed through the Tiger Scholarship Manager
Deadline: March 1
